TECHNICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR
We are a Mississauga-based Systems Integrator seeking
a dynamic, dedicated, assertive and upbeat individual with a high energy
level.

Background Status:
The ideal candidate will be
- a skilled and experienced network services sales professional
with a proven track record of services sales success, consultative selling
capabilities, and a comprehensive knowledge of the information technology
environment

- must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical
Service Coordinator in the IT industry
Purpose:
To generate new service accounts and have the ability to
work with a technical and sales team to implement custom, technical solutions.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Service department through effective
scheduling and development of Field Engineers
- Create and coordinate an environment to achieve ultimate
customer service/satisfaction
- Implement and apply Quality Assurance Procedures
- Identify, gather, and analyze client data relevant to
developing technical solutions
- Translate client IT strategy and requirements into cohesive
technical solutions including associated cost drivers and assumptions
- Provide technical support during contract negotiations
- Create opportunities to add value to services delivered
to client
- Continually analyze operation to look for improvement,
productivity, and effectiveness
- Establish objectives and provide performance feedback
and development to supervisor team
- Interact with clients to develop business strategies
and report results Coordinate development of technical aspects of proposals,
presentations, and briefings
- Travelling to client sites. The geographical area covered
will be within the regions of the GTA, Mississauga, Burlington, and Oakville

Education/Skill/Experience:
- Technical professional certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in the application and implementation
of technical solutions and services
- Sales experience of IT Products and Services
- Excel, Microsoft Word, and Windows proficiency
- Working knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software an asset
